Process & What to Expect From Us
Here is the process we would use from you making your first inquiry and (hopefully) through to you booking us, completing the shooting assignment, and finally providing you with your final beautiful digital images.

1. Get to know us:
Have a look through our different portfolio genres to see what we do and get a 'feel' of our style. Get to know a bit about us and read through our FAQ's and some testimonials from our clients!
If you would like to see our recent work and Behind the Scenes, follow us on our Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

2. Get in Touch
If you'd like to get in touch, fill out one of our inquiry forms or email us at emiliajaynephotographyuk@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of your inquiry/message.
We can then arrange a "Discovery Call" (either online or over the phone) so we can get to know each other and to discuss availability and details on how we can help you with your shoot!

3. Secure Your Date
Once we have had our "Discovery Call" and if you are happy to choose us as your photographer/s, we will send you a Contract to be filled in and sent back to us alongside a 25% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to secure your booking!

4. Would you like to get Together?
Now you have booked with us, if you have any questions in the lead up to your shoot, do not hesitate to get in touch with us at any time!
When it gets closer to your shoot, let's meet up for a coffee or a drink and have a chat to discuss planning and timings for your day.
5. Final Planning - Weddings & Events
When it is nearer to your Wedding Day or Event, we will get in contact with the venue and visit them to plan your shoot - as photographers, this is to help us determine the best areas/locations as well as lighting (direction & timings) to capture those stunning shots. This also helps us establish what is acceptable to the Venue and to those Officiating any ceremonies (we WILL be discreet, there's nothing worse than having obtrusive photographers and videographers distracting everyone and ruining the moment - we've seen it ourselves at events we've been guests at).
We will also get in touch with you to do a Final Plan - Timings, Names for Group Shots and any other requirements! We will send you a reminder of when your final balance needs to be paid.

6. Paying the Final Balance
See the Terms and Conditions of your contract for details of cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy after full balance is paid.

7. Day of Shoot/Wedding/Event
One thing we would like you all to do no matter what type of Shoot you have booked with us: RELAX!
We want you to have fun and enjoy your day, whether this is on your own or spending it with family, friends or colleagues! You have done and given us everything you can, now let us do what we do best: capturing the moment and creating those perfect shots and treasured memories!
8. Photos Post-Shoot
Thank you for having us shoot your special day!
Within 1 week after your Day of Shoot, we will send you a password-protected link with a copy of unedited watermarked images for you to view and select your final images.
Once you have chosen your images for your final portfolio or online album, you will receive your final images for you to keep and share with others!
We would need up to 6-8 weeks to edit and optimise your final selection.
We do not normally provide physical photos or albums, but we would be happy to recommend some high quality vendors who can help you out with your printing, binding and framing needs.
If you DID want us to do this for you, this would come with an additional administration and handling charge from us.
If you decide that you want more images than we were contracted to provide, we can accommodate that, but at extra charge per image.
If you need your final images quicker than that, we can discuss that with you but this would incur an additional charge and will be available subject to our workload at the time.

9. Assignment Completion
If you are happy with your results, we would request you leave us a review (Google, Trust Pilot or just email any feedback to us) that we would use on our website and/or social media to help future prospective clients understand what we do, how we do it and how we performed on the day and afterwards.
