Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

1. Can you travel?

Yes. We are based near Coventry, West Midlands. We are happy to travel anywhere within the UK and abroad as required for destination shoots. Mileage Expenses would be charged above a 50mile radius from our base as well as any accommodation costs - contact us for more details.

2. How do we Book with you?

By completing an inquiry on one of our contact forms on our website, we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss details and our availability. 

3. When do we need to pay you?

If you are happy to choose us as your photographer/s, a 25% non-refundable deposit would be required within 24 hours to secure your booking. Full balance would be required as follows:

  • 28 days prior to the Wedding shoot

  •  14 days prior to any other genre shoot

4. Do we need to meet before our Shoot?

Of course! The secret to a successful photography assignment is creating that personal connection. We can meet you in person for a coffee or on an online call as we understand not everyone can travel depending on the location. ​

5. How long will the session take?

This will be dependent on the package you choose amongst our different photography genres. It can be as little as an hour or up to 12 hours for a full days wedding shoot from getting ready to Evening Reception/First Dance.

​6. How do we get our photos?

You will receive access to a secure password protected link where you can see and download all your high quality JPEG digital images. 

7. When do we get our photos after the shoot?

Dependant on the package you have booked and the number of images you have requested, you will receive a copy of unedited watermarked images for you to select within 1 week of the shoot day. Once you have made your selections for your final portfolio or album.

Final Images will take 6-8 weeks to edit and optimise your final selection depending on how busy we are.        If you find that you want more images than previously agreed, that can be arranged with a small cost per additional image.

9. Are you DBS Cetrified?

Yes we both hold current DBS Certicates.
